A parcel's diary, from checkout to doormat
We make the shaver; the partner store sells it, packs it and sends it. The clearest way to explain delivery is to let the parcel keep a diary. Five entries, and next to each one, who is holding the box.
Checkout
You choose a finish, press the button on this site and finish the purchase at the partner store. Delivery options, their cost and the promised window are shown there, because they depend on your address and your choice.
Packing
The store picks the shaver, boxes it and prints the label. From this entry on, the order page at the store shows a status and, soon after, a tracking number.
In transit
A carrier takes the box. Scans appear in tracking as it moves; a quiet day or two between scans is normal, not lost.
Out for delivery
The box is on a van near you. Address changes are no longer possible at this point, which is why the store asks for them earlier.
Doormat
The shaver arrives. Open the box, find the leaflet and the spare blades, and read our note on the first pass before you switch it on.
Things only the store can change
- The delivery address, and only before the packing entry.
- The delivery speed you chose at checkout.
- Cancelling the order before it ships.
- A damaged box on arrival: photograph it and report it from the order page, and the store sorts out a replacement.
If the diary stops, meaning tracking has not moved for longer than the window the store promised, the order page has a button for exactly that. We cannot see your order from here, but we can keep you company on the fabric side while you wait.
