What ends up in our container: almost nothing
A fabric shaver keeps what it removes in a clear chamber, so you can see exactly what it took. We run this site on the same principle. Below are the four places anything about you could end up, and what is actually in each.
On these pages
- No accounts, no passwords, no sign-in.
- No contact form, no newsletter, no comments.
- No cookies set by us and no advertising trackers.
- Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts; that request reaches Google like any request for a file.
At our host
- Standard request logs: IP address, time, page requested, browser type.
- Kept briefly for security and to keep the site running, then discarded.
- Not joined to anything else and not sold.
In our mailbox
- Your address and whatever you wrote, used only to answer you.
- Filed after the reply. Ask, and the thread is deleted.
At the partner store
- Everything about an order: name, address, payment, history.
- None of it reaches us. From the moment you press a buy button, the store's own privacy policy applies, including any cookies it sets.
Your side of it
- Write to info@bymore.org to see or delete any email you sent us.
- Block third-party fonts in your browser and the site still works, in your system typeface.
